Debut album from mysterious, conspiracy-theory themed, boar-worshipping black metal from the woods of the Bohemian Grove.

"At Midnight, By Torch Light' was released as the first album of what was to be a fully-anonymous black metal project of Blake Judd's, began in 2021 but conceptualized as far back as 2013 / 2014. Formed as a reaction to relentless and vicious attacks from complete strangers online, I (Blake) took it upon myself to attempt to start a project - and then get signed - by a company whom I knew would never, ever work with me regardless of what music i presented them with. In this pursuit, I was entirely and completely successful. A single email, with a single song (demo opener, 'Black Candle, Black Mass') attached to it was all it took to solidify a first release. Within about 4-5 weeks of this material being written and recorded hastily (over a long weekend, on a whim after a friend cancelled a visit last minute), Sever was signed to one of the most respected and long-running (and truly underground) labels in the black metal / death metal world.
